If you experience a mechanical failure with one of our rental bikes, we’ll come to your location to assist you. Our service covers an area of up to 1 hour by car from our rental point, providing quick and efficient support.
This service is free for our rental customers and covers only mechanical failures. Flat tires, exhaustion, or bad weather are not included. Each bike comes with a repair kit to fix punctures on the go.
