1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a user's device when the user visits it. They can be used to enable technical functions, remember preferences, maintain consent choices or measure how a website is used.
Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels or tags, may perform related functions. In this policy, the term cookies also refers to these similar storage or access technologies where appropriate.
2. Who is responsible for this website?
This website is operated by:
- Company name
- HOMEINCALPE INVEST S.L.
- Tax identification number (CIF)
- B54987680
- Registered office

3. Types of cookies used
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies or storage technologies are required for the website or consent system to function correctly. They may be used to remember the user's cookie preferences, provide security, prevent abuse or enable essential technical features.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent where they meet the applicable legal exemption, but information about them is provided for transparency.
Preference cookies
These technologies remember choices such as language or interface preferences when such functionality is enabled. Where a preference is expressly requested by the user and is necessary to provide it, it may be treated as a technical function. Other personalisation uses will be subject to the appropriate consent requirements.
Analytics cookies
With the user's consent, this website will use Google Analytics 4 to obtain statistics about visits and website use, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, session activity and interaction events configured for measurement.
Google Analytics 4 will be deployed through Google Tag Manager and integrated with the selected CMP using Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies will not be stored unless the user has granted the corresponding analytics consent.
The information obtained will be used to understand website performance and improve its content and services. Google Analytics must not be configured to receive information that directly identifies a user through form fields or custom events.
Advertising cookies
Advertising, remarketing and advertising-personalisation technologies are not covered by the analytics consent described above unless they are expressly identified, configured and presented to the user as a separate consent purpose.
If Google Ads linking, Google Signals, remarketing or similar functionality is enabled in the future, this policy and the consent panel will be updated before activation.
4. Cookie inventory
The following Google Analytics cookies are expected under the default GA4 configuration. Their presence and actual duration must be verified after the final production configuration because browser restrictions and Tag Manager or Analytics settings may alter the effective duration.

Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system used to control the deployment of approved tags. The final technical audit will confirm whether any additional cookies or storage technologies are created by the selected configuration or CMP.
5. Consent management
When users first visit the website, the CMP will allow them to:
- Accept optional cookies.
- Reject optional cookies.
- Configure consent by purpose.
- Access clear information about the purposes and providers involved.
Accepting and rejecting optional cookies will be presented with equivalent prominence and ease of use.
Consent choices will be communicated to Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics through Google Consent Mode v2. Tags will be configured to respect the consent state before analytics or other optional storage is activated.
Users may withdraw or change their consent at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
6. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC. Under the default GA4 configuration, the _ga cookie is used to distinguish users and _ga_<container-id> is used to persist session state. Google states that their default expiration is two years, although the effective duration may be limited or changed by browser or website settings.
Further information is available from Google:
7. International data transfers
The use of Google Analytics or the selected CMP may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider and HOMEINCALPE INVEST S.L. must rely on an applicable transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards under data protection law.
The final CMP provider, transfer information and links to its privacy documentation will be added before publication.
8. Browser controls
Users can also delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Browser controls are separate from the website's CMP and may affect website functionality or previously stored preferences.
Instructions are normally available in the privacy or cookie settings of the browser being used.
9. Third-party websites
This website contains links to external booking, accommodation, mapping and social media services. Following one of these links takes the user to another website. Cookies used on the destination website are governed by that website's own cookie and privacy policies.
10. Changes to this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when cookies, tags, providers, retention periods, consent functionality or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date.
